The photo specifications on CIC website clearly states the photos need to be taken within six months. so it could be one of the reasons for rejection. mine was take on 30th Dec 2017 and i landed on 5th Oct. got photo request on 30 th Nov 2018. so mine was clearly over 6 months old.

5th Oct. when did u land? i only got my photo request via email. Then i submitted web form for spouse and child. they replied within a day saying i need to resubmit photos for them too.

I got a photo request. while there is no such request for my husband and child. i assume theirs are accepted. we landed on 5th Oct. and the photo request has come after 55 days!!

I also landed on 5th Oct. I didn't get any ghost update as yet. The status in my cic shows submitted. It is not approved yet.

No I haven't. Will wait until Dec 1st week then call. In fact at the time of landing, the officer did mention that it will take about 63 days.. although cic website says 47 days. What did they tell you when you called?

I sent an email to CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca - they responded pretty quick.. you can attached your ticket to prove that u have travel plans.. so they will consider your case and provide extension. In my case i had to renew my passport. so they provided me with 30 extra days.

I got my India PCC from BLS Singapore - you need the ITA, filled in application form and go to BLS in person. Also bring your Passport and EP/DP/PR original and photocopy.
