i recieved my offer letter on march 2018 for the september 2018 intake. can i apply for student permit now or will it be too early? can we apply visa before 6 months?

hi thank you soo much . but i can see this in cic website If you need a TRV or an eTA, you do not have to complete a separate application or pay additional fees. It will be issued by the officer at the same time as the documents you need for your entry to Canada as a student. i am applying for...
