Okay I will look into that.. on other posts I have seen detailed cover letters explaining why the refusal reasons are not applicable. And yes he does have travel history in many countries (such as Africa, NZ, Middle East) which he will include.

So my friend applied for a TRV and got refused. When reapplying, he wants to include a cover letter to discuss the points that were used as reasons for his refusal (not enough proof that he will return and not enough financial means to support his stay) I'm wondering how long this cover letter...
