If you have an acquaintance in Canada, ask him/her to file it on your behalf. You shall have to sign a consent form and give details to that person and 5$ :). However there are many websites which claim to do that for you on your own. I chose the former option.

Was just checking the April AOR tracker on myimmitracker, around 15% of the people are still waiting and also for Mar AOR were 10% cases were pending. Average time to PPR in the case of MAR applicants is somewhere around 200 days. If Mar guys are still in queue...I think we still have time. :(
