Just received a request for court certificats (we only had provided police certificat as this was the only document mentioned in their Schedule A request back in may). We just submitted the documents required by them. I am guessing our requests are being processed by the same officer (Vienna office)

Mine changed for BGC: not applicable. When was your file transferred to Vienna? Mine was transferred on may 10, 2017. So I'm guessing they are probably working on our files as of now since our BGC status changed. Also, anybody knows how long after their BGC status changed to DM?

Thank you for your answer. You mentioned the medical exams potentially becoming outdated, how did you figure about in your case? I'm worried the same might happen to us as we did not provide them upfront but rather in April when required by CIC.

Could you please tell me when did you get the message your application was being transferred to Vienna? Also, which country the person you are sponsoring is from? Thanks in advance, I'm in a similar situation (Vienna office - spouse application in March 2017).
