I am going to screenshot each page and submit the application, no other option... Bar code, even the last application did not have a bar code option, so they might not have one this time too

I am using Adobe Acrobat Pro 11 (11.0.22). I will try a third party PDF editor.

I am wondering if anyone else is facing the same problem. The Main Application CIT0002E (10-2017) is locked. So you are allowed to fill it out on the computer but you can't print it, which is absurd because the application needs to be sent in physically. Any one facing the same problem ?
