Sorry to hear that, it's quite frustrating this whole process. Lots here have given a US address to lessen the delivery time so I'm sure it would help. Your friend can scan it for you so that you can upload it and can then send it by courier or something.

Well it is up to you of course but it depends on your current score and if you can comfortably reject and guarantee to be picked up again because it's high enough. I'm in the waiting zone also after LOE and it's not fun.. So it's waiting and patience in both cases in my opinion.
