Hey, sending ITR is not mandatory, but it would help a lot! In some cases, they ask the ITR if something seems suspicious.

no hahaha I am not criminal, but in their website they are saying that biometric will be required to everyone who wants to apply to get a visa however they are not sure yet but as this would be expensive and much more stressful i am worried.
