I need to submit a request to Ottawa office either by mail or email. Does anyone here know to what email and mailing address i should send my request. I need to get back my parents' birth certificates that were seized once they claimed refugee status.

I just got my PPR. Here is my time frame: 1. Applied for pnp in March 2015, approved in 2 weeks 2. They received my PR application in august 2015 3. They started background check in august 2016 4. Got PPR on February 12, 2018

How do you know the details of your background check? i submitted GCMS notes and it has no information except security screening is in process. It has been 16 months of background check. Is there an email address or form to submit to get more details why it is taking so long? :(

May i know what facebook page you are referring to? I am August 2015 applicant and my application is still under background check after 15 months.
