    Ray Of Hope-86th Draw

Lot of Indians in their mid 30s are stuck in the US green card queue. Many of them have US masters. There is little hope for those who are in their 30s with just a Bachelor's degree like me - I can't do any better on IELTS (9,9,9,8.5) and still at a measly 425. My wife did well on her IELTS and...

She has 26 pay slips and work experience letter showing 1 full year of employment. Our concern is that she started working before she got her PhD degree officially.

FBI US PCC which applications are currently being processed ?

I sent our fingerprints on 18th October. So included 2 envelopes (mine and my wife's) in the same fedex package? everything is separate, except the mailing. Will this cause an issue? Has anyone done this? We don't have an ITA yet, expect to receive it in March

Ray of Hope - 80th Draw

If you look at the 11/30 pool distribution, it doesn't look worrying. It is 15 days after the last draw, and the total number of candidates in the pool with score around 439 is 2750. So there was no spike in the high score candidates entering the pool. The only issue is a missed draw caused the...

I like this group of people on this forum - encouraging each other, keeping everyone positive. Anyway, here's my hope for 2018 - that CIC does a better job of spreading out the numbers in a consistent manner. Approximately 2200-2500 every two weeks from FSW, separate draws for PNP only.

Ray of Hope - 78th Draw

Feel like an idiot - we took IELTS last year and had a score of 418. But i delayed WES thinking 418 will never be enough, but then the scores dropped, but i was too late to get WES. And now was been waiting at 428 since June 5. Lose 5 points tomorrow (Happy Birthday to me!!). Can't increase my...

No - the fear is that the federal government will allot more PNPs (ex. 50% from PNP), which will increase the need to go for PNP

What are the documents required for a PNP (Ontario) . I just want to be prepared if they ever open it back up. My NOC is 2173. I'm getting tired of waiting at 428.

i'm at 428 and will be falling to 423 next month, keeping my fingers crossed. What are the documents i need if i ever get an ITA - do i need experience verification letters from all employers? Or will just the most recent one be enough (have been at this company for 5 years, so it should be...

Ray of Hope - 74th Draw

Your optimism is heart warming, although, immigration rarely has anything to do with fairness (i expect to wait another 40 years for a green card). Although, 414 does sound realistic assuming more immigrants are invited in 2018.

We are at 428, and gonna drop to 423 next month. There's little i can do to improve my score - IELTS was 9,9,9,8.5 Will need to wait till next February when my spouse becomes eligible and we bounce back to 463.

Not necessarily, they added those 15 extra points (French and siblings in Canada) - so if the numbers in 2018 stay similar to 2017, you can expect a low of 420.

Ray of Hope - 73rd Draw

Well, i'm at 428 for 6 more weeks, and then drop to 423. If i don't get through now, i need to wait till next March when my wife becomes eligible and we jump to 453
