    Yes of course, the idea would be to apply to the BOWP with restoration of status. I just wanted to know if I'm eligible for the BOWP with no status.

    Hello, my bowp applicaton was refused due to not having AOR, but now that I've received it can apply for it again? I have lost status after the BOWP refusal but I'm within the 90 days after refusal. Thanks a lot.
