Hi Friends, I'm doing my ECA for Canada now and I note that all my certifications and mark lists are full of seals and stamps as I had to get attested by Italian Consulate years back before immigrating to Italy. Do BCIT makes issue for it? thanks

Hi, bio page of passport is that page where all your biographic details are given including your photograph. So, it must be referring to the first or second page of your passport. I don't know the reason. rgds, best wishes.
