You shouldn't take chance and should apply for may 2018 for Seneca in advance. If offer letter has to come for Jan it will come but applying for may won't spoil anything

No, not at all . I heard from many ppl that the students who applied in sept 2017 and got refused are applying for offer letters again because the colleges already have their fee deposit so I think that college will provide them offer letter first. Still there are 50-50 chances till 15 OCTOBER...
