It says "not applicable" and my additional documents just changed to "we do not need any additional documents"

Hi Everyone, My AOR is Sept 28th and MEDP since Oct 17th. I haven't seen my background check change at all and my additional documents are still being reviewed. I'm CEC inland. Does anyone know what stage I'm at? Should I be worried that nothing has changed in 5 weeks?
