I think they only stamp it if you don't use the kiosk or if they send you to secondary. There is no 30 days rule

My understanding is when you left Canada for Flagpoloing you were not a permanent resident at that point. They ask you declare trips after you became PR But if you are applying after oct 11 the rules might be different and you might have to declare residency before you became a pr to get credit

I doubt that call center will be of any help anyways I spoke to them twice but all they could see was "Everything looks good, Please wait" Just like you the CIC account shows Background Check in Process Its been forever I am thinking of Emailing Ottawa.
