So can we get email from vfs and CIC ? Because i have received a mail from vfs today.

Hey hi , I have got rejected once earlier. Reapplied 31 days back. All me n my friends have summited the same documents. They received a approval mail. And i have just received a mail saying my passport has been dispatched. What is this suppose to mean ? Can someone help me please
