Having the same problem.. it wont let me validate 2017 as a year. ive tried it with 2 computers and have filled up the form so many times.

@haXudon... can you give me suggestion on validating his schedule a form. it wont validate for us, as it says we need to enter the most recent year, which we did put 2017. still gives us a error and highlights it in red.

OMG... it worked!! I put "single" and went through... thank you soooo much

We are locked out now... I will try this when we can log back in

Hi all, Im new here and need help. Sept 12 we got an email with the UIC and Application #. We've tried linking it but it keeps giving us "no application found". I have tried another way as Ive been reading on the thread. Still no luck. PLEASE HELP!!
