For paper based, it is required to submit all pages of the passport. For online application, just the bio page but some were required to submit all pages subsequently. To save time, i attached all pages as Optional Documents.

I think that's how it works. You are supposed to submit the day after you became eligible so that the entire day would be counted. I also had difficulty on pinpointing the date when I can submit as the calculator keeps on changing. I was supposed to leave the country the day after my eligibility...

Did you order GCMS before? I checked mine and it appears that Criminalilty and RCMP Screening has a validity date. So I am guessing that it may have expired. Just a guess though.
