Any idea why some of the visa offices are taking longer delay after DM? Heard about the judge (part time issue) at Scarborough, but there are a few jurisdictions now which have issues with delay after DM. The applicants from Scarborough, North York, Toronto - Any update on when we can expect oath?

DM since Jan 23, North York applicant. Test was in Mississauga. Not sure where will be the ceremony. Some say it can be in Scarborough and others that it must in Mississauga only. Also saw messages about part time judges and delays due to that. Not sure how authentic the information is. My...

Decision Made. Checked today only. Interview was yesterday. Waiting for the Oath date.

I graduated from Toronto only and so I submitted the certificate copy at the time of application. They didn’t ask for the original at the time of interview. I had the original with me though.

I had my test and interview today Got 19 out of 20. Made one silly mistake. The questions were easy. The interview is basically checking original documents etc. Told I can get by oath ceremony request in about 3 weeks time.

Letter date is 5th Jan

I am from North York, Toronto Got test invite by post today for Jan 23rd. Test location is Mississauga

The chances are really slim to complete the entire process by Jan. I have similar situation. I have booked a European vacation in May 2018 in anticipation of getting my Canadian citizenship. If I don't get the citizenship by March 2018 or so, I have to apply for visa which is a pain. :-(
