I got my student visa refused 3 time. 3 rd time i had an interview at the delhi embassy. After which they returned my passport 2 months later with refusal letter. Plz help can i get my visa now??

GUYS i had a interview on 15 feb at new delhi embassy for study permit. they took my passport and asked me to wait 2 3 days for answere. i got a refusal mail after 2 3 days. but its been more than 1 month i didnt get my passport back and i even to tried to contact vfs and cic but they didnt help...

B Bro i have more than 50% in all my subjects and and i have enough money in bank account andi have 7 bands in ielts.

I dont want to go canada at all. My brother is already there in canada so my parents want me to study in canada only.

I have 7 bands. I applied for business adm course 2 times in ufv and 1 time in smither. I have done +2 in commerce without maths. I have 56.7%
