Yes, everybody gets their AOR. For example, one of ours arrived at about 3.30pm NS time, and the rest arrived next morning 8.30am NS time.

I I think in this example the answer is NO, because for PPC four years Immediately before application count.

For the purpose of PCC count 4 years immediately before your application. If you send your application on November 30, 2017, count all days out of Canada in the period from 30Nov 2013 to 29 Nov 2017, not before.
