Thank you so much, I was able to upload the police check! When I click the link for form IMM 5669 provided in the e-mail, it does not open so i manually search for the form in Google. I wonder if this is why there is no validate button.

My police certificate does not have any actual photos of my husbands finger prints... is this okay? How do I link that letter and the police certificate to my CIC account? How do I validate form IMM 5669? Do I need to pay anything? Thank you so much for your help!

Thank you so much, we used Fieldprint and got the results. Now, what do we do? We received a letterhead saying everything is clear, but do we mail that along with form 5569 to CIC?

Yes, both myself (the sponsor) and my husband (the applicant) live in california. Do we both need to have background checks... or just my husband? What is the total process for this?

Does anyone know how the background check works? Do I get the fingerprint, mail to FBI with included form.. wait until it's sent back and send it with the CIC form? coming from California

I received my AOR1 for both myself the sponsor, and my husband the applicant. BUT, I've tried linking the application online, and have maxed out 5 times 2 days in a row. NOTHING is working, is anyone else having this problem? I live in the USA, so I can't call them. What do I do?
