Hey everyone, just want to report that we landed today in Vancouver. The appointment went super smoothly and took less than 10 minutes. Overall, the entire application process took us just short of 14 months. App received June 29, landed Aug 22.

My husband (the PA) did his medicals upfront so the status says medical passed for that. Today my gckey updated to We Are your Reviewing Your Elegibility. And the Background Check says We Will Send You a Message When We Start Your Processing your Background Check (It previously said not applicable).

Received June 29, AOR August 9 and no OWP yet... The waiting game is hard! I checked the July thread and saw that a July 5th applicant already got their OWP approved! and yet many June applicants are still waiting. I am starting to think they don't necessarily go in chronological order and...

If you don't get it by next week I would call IRCC. Hope it will be soon!!

Our paper application was submitted on Aug 15 and we were approved on Aug 28. We applied from Jakarta. Biometrics were not required.
