I want to extend my study permit. Is flag polling is a good option? As my permit is going to expire on 30th Nov, 2017 and my new program is going to start in Jan-2018 and I have to travel to India in Nov and come back in Dec. Also, if not flag polling then normal process will take 60 to 70 days...
