yes this is correct .. the person who is sponsoring from canada will receive this email saying they are eligible to sponsor

pratt this is quite normal .. usually it is sent to the sponsor .. not the applicant .. in your case your the applicant and your wife is the sponsor.. so she would have definitely got an email as such

next - the file will be sent to colombo VO for further processing. after that you will have to submit the schedule A & PCC when they request .. then you have to wait for a couple of months & you will get the Medical request .. after that very soon you will get invitation for pre- arrival...

Any idea why your case is getting delayed ? Like is every documents under control ? You can share it in a private message is it’s personal

@hopefulcanuck1 its almost 20 months for you .. did you try ordering GCMS notes or talking to the local MP office or mailing the SLVO ?
