I think the school will notify the consultant and consultant through you but payment receipt and LOA the school will send you copy also if you provide correct email add to your consultant.

Hi is your study permit approve from Abu dhabi?

I just read from other forums that if they will not update you on your medical it means there's nothing wrong with your results. Hope it helps
