Applications are returned incomplete before AOR! If you get AOR, it is an indication that the visa officer feels that the file is complete. However, as they go along, they might feel the need for additional documents.

I had an ADR myself. My file was approved long back. I have been in Canada for a while. Also, got my PR CARD. I randomly checked my CIC. It still says REVIEWING ADR. So no real point in stressing on that part of the profile.
