When u say u were able to link on IRCC secure account, are u referring to GC key account ?

Yes ! Either sponsor or PA can create. U need UCI number, a PA will not have that info till they get AOR but a sponsor will already have a UCI. UCI can be found on sponsor’s PR card or COPR Doc. So a sponsor can register and track as of now until AOR. Post AOR the PA will have their own UCI...

i am not sure about the first question, just to be on safer side upload them in the translated section too, i guess there is nothing wrong in it. With regards to your second question, u will have to upload the scanned docs in the respective original section itself.
