I have been studying in Canada since September 2017. My spouse recently applied for TRVs for my two children and himself to spend the christmas holidays with me. All three application were denied. Just wondering how soon can they reapply and how can my spouse establish stronger ties to our home...

I finally got through guys. Got the email a while ago.

Hi. I applied on July 18th, I am still waiting approval. Yes i will be going to okanagan, kelowna campus. I am hoping to arrive before orientation which is september 1st.

My classes start september 6th but orientation is september 1st. Whats your number

One applied June 30th, the other July 7th

On July 18th

Today is exactly one month since my online application. I got an email from the embassy this morning stating "There have been no updates to your application since you last checked your account. Thank you for your patience". As anyone else received this email?

I know of two other persons who got approved recently. Their processing took approximately five weeks.

Same as mine. The wait continues......

I'm remaining optimistic that i will receive my approval before the end of this month. I really dont want to have to defer until january intake. What does your status say? Mine says my documents are being reviewed, i dont need an interview or medical. Awaiting final decision.

No I don't. Everyone i know that applied is still waiting on the final decision
