Hi All, Appreciate your help in advance. I have a 2 year post-grad diploma with 2 years full-time experience. I am trying to apply under the NOC 1123 (I am an ecommerce coordinator) As far as I can understand, I do qualify for CEC but it still shows that CEC is not met. What am I doing wrong?
