I was referring to post PPR. it's normal for medical and additional documents to change at that point. However, post PPR, eligibility and background remains the same, till you get PUM. That has been the recent pattern with AVO.

For AVO applicants, Nothing will change on GCKEY, till application is approved. With PPR, nothing changes, background check and eligibility would be the same. You only see a difference, when you get approved, and PUM drops later.
