Agreed I think it’s based on AOR. but there are still some with later AOR than me in the same stream that have gotten theirs already. So it just depends I guess. I’m on my 6th month from AOR for EE CEC. Praying I don’t have to wait 8 months since online the processing time still says 5 months...
