When would it get to 421 dear God.....

You You can apply, just include in letter of explanation, CIC will give you enough time to get it if you explain but if you don't include it, they will reject your application. This happened to a friend so am talking from experience.

You can apply, just explain that FBI not out yet. If you don't explain then they reject ut if you explain they will give you more time to get it. This happened to my friend
