Canada student visa requires FBI identity history
Im a previous J1-itern in the US and my agency is asking for the FBI Identity Summary which will take 2-3months to be processed. Is it really a must to get this FBI document? Can I process my visa application ahead of time while waiting for the FBI document to be sent in my home country?- mfrancheszca

My friend might not be able to make it for September 2017 classes. What if she got her visa 3-4months before her start date which is January2018. Will she be able to travel as early as 4months before her classes starts?- mfrancheszca
