Not just February, many January havnt gotten PPR either.

Thing is I didn't submit in person I used DHL. But i thought I would be mailed a tracking number

D Please did you get a tracking number after submitting your passport? I submitted mine but havnt been sent any tracking details. Getting a bit worried.

They might complete the process at CPC Ottawa and send your PPR letter from there. That's what happened in my case. And it could come anytime. My advice is just try not to think about it and live your life and make your plans
