This one is the only certificate that I have received and looks very official. Has the big colourful logo on top and the signature and everything. Considering the fact that I had the option of either physical certificate mailed or digital certificate and I chose the digital one.

The email with the instructions is sent right when we are scheduled for the ceremony. We can go ahead and register in IRCC portal then. But the form will only be downloadable a few days after the ceremony.

Thank you. Yes, the lady who was directing the ceremony was in charge of preparing the digital certificate. after the ceremony she mentioned anyone that has travel plan email her with documentation they have like flight ticket and she will send it quickly.

there was only one lady who was handling the forms, the same person who directed the oath ceremony, but she did say that if we want it urgently we can email her and she will send it quick. I didn't need that. The Ircc portal says it will take 2 - 5 business days, which considering the weekend...

Hello everyone, finally today I downloaded my citizenship certificate. Had my oath on the 7th. Gathering information for passport application now. everything went smoothly. Hope a speedy process for y'all.
