Hi Guys, A quick question, my parents have super visa and they have been India since we submitted the file, and are currently waiting for background check to complete. Can they come to Canada and deposit their Passports in Canada if they are prompted to send their passport?

Received ITPS - Invitation to Prearrival Service today. Background check still in progress. Mississauga

Hi guys, When applying for my parents PCC I went to RCMP as my mom and dad stayed in canada for more than 6 months on supervisa. The RCMP front desk told me they cannot do a background check on them as they are not residents rather visitors. Does anyone know if this accurate? or do I need try again.

Can some one tell me if one of my parent is India and other in Canada, if they request passports should I be able to submit their passports at separate places or would I be required to do this at one location.

Their main agenda is that there should be no gaps. Hence, If you covered that part then I think you should be good.

Invitation received on May 29th. Application submitted on Jun 11th. ADR - July 23rd. AOR and PCC - October 4th. Biometric - January 2nd. Sponsorship approval - Jan 8th.

Yes although Resume is supposed to be short and sweet this one needs to be without gaps and in detail. As ADR I received was for resume too.

After receiving ADR, AOR and PCC and Biometric request, I received an email yesterday saying the I have been approved as Sponsor. Thought of letting everyone know.

My parents went through medical for their supervisa as well in 2022, and they submitted their biometrics two days ago

April 4 2017 applicant AOR1 April 25,2017 AOR2 was on July 18 2017 Decison made and background check was about a week ago PPR and COPR today at 9:00PM PST (Canada Pacific time)_

Received our COPR and PPR just now.

Background check started yesterday, then received pre-arrival email today in the morning and decision made in online application status 20 minutes ago. GC key still says background check is being processed. Waiting for Passport request now. We are 4 April 2017 applicants.
