Remember that you need the sponsor's details in using the client ID or receipt number. You can only use your details as the applicant with the file number i.e Bxxxxxxxxx

The medical and police report are valid for one year. You wont need to redo it if it wont be one year by the time of your interview. If it did expire, you will be asked to redo them if you get approved during the interview (which will mean additional wait time). Mine expired before my interview...
