Hi, My spouse applied for visitor visa earlier and gave biometrics that time. Now she has changed her name and added my name as middle and family name. For applying any new applications (like spousal PR), does she need to give biometrics again?

Hi I applied visitor visa for my mother and currently I’m in India. While giving present address of children, I gave my Canadian address. Is this fine, or should I raise web form saying presently I’m in India? I will be travelling to Canada by June mid.

Dont use the company name here. Its a public channel, your HR might see and create issues. Regarding roles and responsibilities, your company must have processed work permit for you. In that you will have letter of invitation with your skills and all the details from attorney. Use that document...
