I contacted them via webform (you can do it after 6mo) http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/contacts/web-form.asp They usually reply in 3 days, after I submitted a webform they processed my application very fast.

Thanks bootsal, I will be patient :-) The only thing I'm worrying about is my meds, I passed it upfront in January, and it's valid for 1 year. So I must land Canada before the deadline or re-take examination.. hope to land before it expires

I can't say with 100% sureness, because I don't see this information in myCIC now. When I applied to EE - my stream was FSWO, then I accepted PNP from Ontario, does it change my stream to PNPO or I still remain in FSWO?
