Thanks for the responses guys, As Canada_Eagle mentioned, it's not possible to call from outside of Canada, but we've submitted a Case Specific Enquiry (CSE) and will cross our fingers. Canada_Eagle - it would be good to know how you get on. I'll provide an update once I hear back.
