Is it possible to get visa with out Ielts??

Please respond, II am really worried.

Hi, In my case I applied on July 27th offline from Bangalore. I have an Ielts score 6.5 overall, but I got 5.5 in listening and 6.5 in all other modules. Is there any chance of rejection??

U got certificate on 20 July. Have u submitted visa application? They ask me to call tomorrow again.

But they are saying no amount reflecting in my account. When I checked with my home branch they said the amount has credited to Scotia bank.

The last date to apply visa is 30. If I didn't get my gic certificate what I can do

I checked the swift copy. The amount transferred to 44 king Street, West Toronto. I transferred the amount on 18th July. When I contacted Scotia bank they are saying they didn't receive anything.
