Try using UCI and family name and make sure to use exactly as your eCOPR. If eCOPR isn’t working then try using it exactly the same as your passport. You could also wait a few more days and try again later

Apply for PR immediately and then apply for BOWP with the AOR, for medicals usually a few months after AOR, they would send you medical request so you can write the explanation letter. Also check if this applies to you or your wife. If you apply for Visitor Record and your work permit expires...

Usually when you receive P1 email, they ask you if you’re in Canada, you can tell them you’re not there
