But while submitting the application , i have to give noi which i recieved on 11 july and my eca certificate will be issued on 1st week of august .. Could they deny pnp saying that i misinterpreted?

Hi Bill, I made EE profile with CRS 422 and got NOI from Ontario. However , I havent got my ECA yet , it is still in evaluation process.I havent submitted my application yet , Will do that after I get ECA report. will this effect my nomination? Should I withdraw my EE Profile? Please reply
