I got PPR , just wondering what is DM and BGIP? and when I check my cic account how come it still says 'we are processing your background check..." I thought once I got PPR that means background check is done.

Hi Guys, I am a August 2016 Applicant, inland, I finished my medical exam in November 2017, and I haven't heard anything since November. My question is my work permit will be expired in March 4, Do I need to apply for bridge open work permit or just wait for my pr, I guess it is coming soon...

For your case, if your work permit expires in January 2018, do you still need to apply for bowp or you're good ?

I applied in August 2016 and got AOR in Dec 5, on feb 2017 they asked me to provide additional documents and pay rfrf fee. Then I updated through cic myaccount and I haven't heard any updates from them until now, I am so worried. is there anybody know why its so late? Thanks.
