So they still have a year they are allowed to stay, but I'm wondering, since we don't know how long covid19 will last, if i will be able to apply for their sponsorship (if and when it opens)...

ecas changed to 'in process', does that mean file is sent to visa office? When i open it, only 2 lines. Received and medicals received. so has the file actually not begun processing?

if we don't provide marriage certificate, but provide frc of me and my spouse, and the original nikkahnama via scan (as they requested it today. it said marriage cert. should be included but not sufficient alone.), will it be ok? or VO gonna still request the marriage cert. on top of all that...

how do we know schd A and pcc has been submitted to ircc? it says uploaded but not submitted? how can i confirm?

cic asking for marriage certificate. we only have the nikkahnama made. are they the same thing and thwy arw just asking us to resubmit nikkahnama or is marriage certificate a different document. if so, and we dont have it made, what should we do?? pls help :(

what date was your application received? mine was from july18 and i never heard amything until this week. I called and found out agent has been working but just didnt communicate with us until noq until it was all done

Got sponsor approval as well today its been a good past 2 days! Aor, med req, and SA within 2 days. Seems our agent had done everything at once and wanted to send out emails for all of it together!

file received: july 18 aor1: sept 5 med req.: sept 6 yayy finally moving forward!

if notarized copies and affidavits are not sent with original file, are they supposed to be requested by cic or VO?

lol so i called cic once again. after not hearing anything and file was received july 18. the agent checked my app number and told me theres many notes. one for aor. one for SA. one for request for additional docs. NONE of which have been sent to me or my spouse lol our file is moving forward...
