I submitted my application on June 1st as well. Got a PFL on 25th and responded on 25th, send them a email again today finally got an AOR. Status still shows awaiting information.

Based on what I read: OINP will mail you a certificate for the nomination, after that you can probably update you express entry profile somehow indicating you now a provincial nomination. The points doesn't get added automatically I think.

Yes, you have to apply through express entry if you are NOC 0,A,B - which requires one year express I just don't know what my options are if I don't have one year experience. The immigration call agent didn't know either.
