This is sad. Since they have taken 150 dollars visa fee, they are obligated to provide the decision within 7 weeks. Anyway, I heard that they keep the program start date in mind and give results before that. All the best. When does your program start?

Didn't you get any reply from visa office since it's already been 10 weeks? (7 weeks is the estimated time, right?)

What does the application status say? I applied online on 8th July which went to Bangalore VFS for processing.
