not just Scarborough, Surrey BC is the same as well. Background check completed. Everything else in process and nothing for the citizenship test….

Still waiting. However it is finally in process now. A case officer actually asked for the schedule A to be provided. So now hoping will get an outcome soon.

Not much you can do other than contact your local federal MP, they can enquire with CIC about your application status. And you can request GCMS notes. Other than that you just have to wait unfortuntely. Nothing much you can do.

It’s Canadian Secret Intelligence Services. They are Canada’s spy agency. They review all PR applicants before approval. What date was your initial appliaction if I may ask?

No, I haven’t. But I think I am going to have to do so. Coz this is ridiculous. They are not asking for any documents and they are not finalizing the file either. So I am just stuck in a limbo.

I am pursuing the IRCC with all means possible. So hopefully it will work out soon. Thank you for the suggestion though. I will have to look into it if nothing else works out.
