The PR card no which is located on the right top of the back face of the card consists of two letters and then 7 digits no. Does any body knows that 2 letters mean?

Why should I not return since I am not the main applicant for refugee claim. My wife is the main applicant by the way all the family members written on thier landing papers src does that mean all of them can not return back to home country ?!!!! It seems unreasonable.

So how could one know he got the same rights of refugee main applicant or not?

Thank you for every body for their kind reply. Just I would mention they have written on my landing paper CRS (convention refugee status) but that also written on all family members landing papers. Does that mean all have the same rights? How could one know his rights and his exact status?
